The professionalism from the first phone call was second to none. I was responded to promptly and politely. They explained initially that they do not do work in my area. The manager made an exception, and the appraiser was there at my house within 48 hours. The appraiser was friendly and professional. My favorite part? This man wasn't trying to and quot;upselland quot; me on anything. He made some suggestions for the better integrity of the fence location. At the end of the day we had agreed on location and materials. By evening I had a quote in my inbox. We chose not to put up a fence at all, but if we do, I will be calling them back.
I have now sold my home, and I gave the company information to the new homeowner. She will likely be calling to hire them in January.
Thank you guys....I know who to call for my new home if I need fence work done.
