Description of Work: I returned netting on July 13, 2012. 1 package was not opened and returned in new condition. A second package was opened, refolded, returned to plastic case and returned. Neither were used. I have called and written letters repeatly to the company and they refuse to respond. The office phone number is 866.377.1224 and the warehouse phone is 540.896.9999. I have UPS tracking # 1ZX126W50308887648 They refuse to refund my money; there is a return policy.
