Terrible. M.C.H.I. did not complete the work, did not deliver the materials I paid for even though the president, Isam Farhat, told me he had purchased them. The work they did do did not follow the plans and will require rework. Mr. Farhat lied to me regularly about the states of the job.

This contractor came gutted our bathroom early March of 07 and out bathroom sat empty for close to 2 weeks. The contractors would come and go as they pleased and we never knew when work was going to be performed. We called them numerous times and the owner would yell at me and my wife that they would get here when they could get here. They finally quit working on our bathroom in Aug of 2007. They did not finish fixing the vanity nor did they correct some grout that needed to be fixed. We had numerous problems throughout this project (they did not follow their design in expanding the shower and had to do it over, shower glass was installed incorrectly) to include getting them to finish their work. We finally gave up after 6 months and we still do not have a complete bathroom. The work that they did finish looks great and we have no complaints there. Trying to get them to finish in a timely manner and be responsive/respectful to the customer was totally unsatisfactory.
