Titan was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Adam, the arborist, was also very thoughtful -- he identified a safety concern that required urgent attention, and he notified me by phone immediately then went to work scheduling it ASAP. My family is grateful that he cared enough to handle it this way.

Tree removal crews were careful and expedient in removal of tree near house. Immediately chipped branches and cleared away all debris. Stump removal on following work day.

The job went smoothly from Adam's expertise and estimate to the final stump removal. This is the second time we have hired Titan Tree and they have done work at our church as well all of which has been totally satisfactory. All the crews are professional and easy to work with.

Great and great value

The entire experience from beginning to end was very easy. Our neighbor had recommended Titan Tree so we contacted them to come out and look at our property. We have about 10 crape myrtles and some other large trees in our backyard that needed trimming (e.g. they had large dead branches hanging off of them that could become a safety issue). Adam came out to do the initial survey and clearly knew his stuff. He walked our property and made logical recommendations, which he priced out as different lines items so we could pick and choose what we wanted to do. In the end we decided to go with most of his recommendations which included trimming our 10 crape myrtles and topping the trees that were safety issues. The team arrived on time and put in a full days work. The crape myrtles turned out fantastic (no 'crape murder' here!), with the tops all professionally rounded and looking natural. We also appreciated the larger trees being trimmed and pruned, particularly during the most recent wind storm. All in all, their price was very reasonable and this was a great experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends. Thanks Titan Tree!

Great, Adam was excellent to work with

The estimate for work performed was done by their arborist, who was very knowledgeable and made recommendations of other work. Once their bid was accepted, it took 5 weeks to have the work performed. I was disappointed that it took so long, but that may be because they are so busy. I also wish I had received an estimated time for when to expect them the day the work was performed. All the work performed was completed in a timely manner, and they cleaned up all the clippings and wood chips.

Titan removed a very large tree and ground the stump from the front yard of our townhouse.  They responded quickly and did a superb job.  Zack stayed in touch about the electric line check and the date that they could perform the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have two oak trees removed from my back yard. The company was recommended to me by a co-worker who had used them in the past and stated that the owner was very easy to work with and provided all the information needed up front. I called Ben and he provided a clear and concise estimate and was able to do all the work needed within the timeframe provided. As someone who wouldn't know the first thing to do about tree removal, Ben provided all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. He was a pleasure to work with!

I contacted Titan because a friend told me they were a great company.  They came to my home within a couple days to give me an estimate, and completed the job very quickly.  The tree was removed and I was able to set up fall landscaping.  This company is run very well!  I would use them again and again!
