They solicited my business and were unprofessional. It took several calls to get them to send the promised quote, and what they finally sent was incomplete and unclear. Then, when I tried to clarify, they cancelled with no explanation and did not respond to my request for an explanation.

I was quite impressed with the end result. The cleaning method used was very effective, and left the carpets very dry and clean. By far this was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used, at any location. He was very polite and courteous, and worked fast and effectively. This truly was the Right Choice.

My husband and I needed carpets cleaned and had been recommended this company. They are very professional, on time and a great price! After they did an awesome job with the carpet of my condo, I decided to contact Carlos about replacing the carpet in a townhouse I just bought. When you entered the townhouse, the smell of dog hit you. The renters the old owner had in there didn’t care about the place whatsoever. Carlos came in and gave me a good price. Additionally, we discussed changing a small part of the basement flooring that was a hideous white that looked dirty. He also recommended doing the laundry room that looked unfinished.
The guys came and ripped up the urine-infested carpet from the old renters and installed a beautiful carpet. I asked for a premium padding, and you can step on the carpet and can tell the difference. They did a great job at both places, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We’ve had good experience with them. Overall the job was really good. They just worked very hard. They are great to interact with. They make sure they get all the staff and they make sure that you are satisfied when they finish. I would use their services again in the future.
