Excellent overall service and outcome.  Highly recommend Victor and team to anyone out there who is seeking a stress free experience at reasonable prices. I don't believe anyone can match or beat Victor's prices, integrity, professionalism, passion for his work, and honesty.

Skylight Builders has completely renovated and updated our 25-year-old home's first and second floors.  The beautiful results get rave reviews from house guests.  After obtaining multiple bids, we know the price was very competitive, and we found the Skylight workers to be highly skilled.  They keep the mess and dust to a minimum, and clean up thoroughly before leaving each day.   They do all the demolition, flooring, tile, drywall, cabinet installation and painting.  The only work that is subcontracted is the plumbing and electrical.  We are particular, and Skylight Builders more than satisfied us with a project done right.  The kitchen has been totally redone, along with 3 bathrooms.  Hardwood flooring replaced wall-to-wall carpeting.  We especially liked being able to choose and supply as many of the materials and fixtures as we wanted.  Many contractors won't agree to this approach, which really expands choices and helps control costs.  It is not always easy to find a professional contractor who takes pride in a project from beginning to end.  This contractor is respectful and cooperative with work order changes.  We highly recommend Skylight Builders for any remodeling or addition to your home.

The project went better than we ever could have expected.  When starting our planning for this massive undertaking, we spoke with dozens of contractors.  Time and time again, we were extremely disappointed after several started their bids very low and by the end of the 2nd or 3rd meeting,  raised them by sometimes triple of what their original quotes were.  From the beginning, Victor was honest with his pricing and stuck by what was quoted to the very end.  We had three other contractors bid double of what Victor bid.  Victor represents the best combination of price and quality, clearly the best general contractor that we have dealt with.   He and his team go above and beyond and are a true pleasure to work with.

As for the schedule, we ran over a bit but it was due to work that we added onto the project after we started.  

The work that Victor and his team did is beautiful from the tiling in the bathrooms, to the hardwood floors that were installed throughout the entire house, the painting, and installation of cabinets in the kitchen.  Skylight Builders does it all and does it very well.  I plan on calling Victor in the future when we are ready for our 2nd renovation.  

One recommendation in general is to plan out all your finishes, type of tile, color and where to paint, vanities, ect.   Not having your ducks in a row makes it more difficult for the contract.  We upgraded the finishes in almost every room last minute, some of which were special order and definitely not standard installation.   Victor was flexible and fair with pricing.
