Right Hand LLC Property Enhancement Services

We hired Felipe and Right Hand LLC to finish our basement. Things started off going pretty well (had a few minor issues) but then ended on a very bad note. We had a bedroom, full bathroom and large rec room constructed in the basement. There was discolored grout in the bathroom floor which we asked Felipe about. He said he would look at it. He also hadn't sealed any of the tile (in the bathroom or the mudroom area by the sliding glass door), so we asked when that would be done and he said he would seal it when he came to look at the grout. We contacted him several times asking when he would complete these items and he said in a few weeks, and then the last time we contacted him he said he was unable to come do the work. To say we were frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement. We now have to fully repair the grout in the bathroom ourselves which is ridiculous considering its a brand new bathroom. There were a few other things we had asked him to fix and he never did. Lesson learned, never pay the contractor the last installment until all work is complete. We should have told him no when he said the final payment was due.
