I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. Did not have to request a return visit to hang the window treatment correctly as I had to do with Budge Blinds. Very satisfied with my shutters and windows blinds which replaced the budget blinds that I had installed a 1 1/2 year ago. PWT will be returning to install my shutters at the windows in the lower level of my home. Thanks once again for such professionalism.

We are very happy with our cordless cellular blinds and our new shutters. Installation went well and we appreciated the time a care they took during the installation. PWT's prices were much better than the competition. John gave us all options when he gave the estimate, but he did not push us towards higher priced items that were not worth the extra money. We definitely recommend PWT!

It took a very long time from when I ordered, until when they actually arrived to do the installation (4 and a half weeks), but I attribute this mostly to them being busy around the holidays. Their prices were hundreds of dollars lower than the competitors, and they generally offered the exact same brands and products. The installation went smoothly, and the blinds look great. I will use them for all my future window treatment needs.
