Norris Appliance Repair Service

What happened was, they came and looked at the refrigerator and they said it might be a warranty issue, so I had to call the company. I had to call Whirlpool because I had to use someone Whirlpool contracts with to do the repair because of the warranty issue. So, that's why Norris didn't do it. Otherwise, it would have voided the warranty. It stood out that they referred me to someone else so that I didn't lose the warranty.

I told the person on the phone it was an LG fridge. They said that was no problem. The tech said it was "probably" a freon leak and said they would "top it off" with freon, but we would have to call an LG tech to repair. When they did that, they commented that it didn't take much. We called a couple of other people. The next company who came said that freon isn't supposed to be "topped off" and found that our pressure was double what it should have been. They had to undo what the tech from Norris had done. If they can't work on LG fridges, I don't think they should have come in the first place.

As promised. Got there on time. Knew exactly what was wrong. Needed a part. Called the next day and came right over. Replaced a defective valve and and everything worked fine. Perfect!

The ice maker didn't work and Norris said that it was because the fridge wasn't cooling right. He suggested that we call the company since it was probably a warranty issue. If he worked on it, that would void the warranty. That was helpful to know.

We called this provider because of their A rating and the fact that they were a local business. Our 1 year old Whirlpool refrigerator's ice machine had quit working. Miraculously It started working on its own before their appointment but we kept the appointment because there was still an issue with it leaking sporadically and we felt that the ice machine was still having issues. the guy came late, around 6,  and said that it was probably the water pressure or the filter causing the issues. he adjusted the water pressure, cleaned the coils, and told us to use a whirlpool made filter. we bought a whirlpool filter and installed it but the ice maker quit working again. we called them back and got another appointment. the original appointment was for 3:30 on Thursday. they called to say they couldn't make it but would come the next day. the next day, a Friday, we waited and waited. My husband called around 5 pm but no one answered. we got a call around 6 pm but we were outside working in the yard, waiting for the repair person to come. the message was that they could have someone out at 6:30 or they would come the following week. i called back when i got the message, around 6:25, and got voice mail. i left a message saying that we wanted someone to come that day. no call back. i called back again and asked for him to return my call to let me know if they were coming. i never received a call back.

Prompt and reasonably priced.

No issues whatsoever. The part needed to be ordered for the dishwasher and I was told it would be delivered the next day. I asked to delay until Friday since I would be home in the morning. I was also given the cost for replacing the outside dryer vent and the dryer exhaust hose. I called on Thursday to be sure the part was in and I was on the schedule for Friday morning first thing. The tech came as scheduled, repaired the dishwasher and left the bad parts on my counter. He installed the new dryer hose and new vent. I was told to leave the tape on the new vent for several hours to be sure the adhesive used dried completely. I wrote a check and that was it. Great service and great prices!

It went very well. They were prompt and efficient. The repair was complete and everything runs just fine now.

They are wonderful! They are really nice people. They get their promptly and as soon as they can They are also thorough, clean, neat, and polite. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I spent just over $200 on that service. They were very professional and when I call them they usually able to get here within a couple of days. They called me to let me that they were still on track and also about the time frame that they would be here and they were certainly on target with that timing. The guy came in and unfortunately he did not have the part with him, so they had to come back the next day. It was fine, but it backed me up because I had to wait around another day, but they were here when they said they were going to be. They got it fixed and we were back in business.

They came when they were supposed to and figured out what the problem was. They had the parts to fix the dryer with them. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't charge extra.

THEY WERE RELIABLE AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. ONE DAY SERVICE TO REPAIR THE MOTOR. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
