Outstanding service. Thorough inspection of the property, interior and exterior, basement to attic and roof. Checked and evaluated all appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Randy was a pleasure to work with, and we will be using him for any future home inspections. His prices are very reasonable and he was happy to accommodate our tight schedule. He was extremely thorough and his attention to detail was great. He even flew a drone over our roof to take photographs and check for any discrepancies. He was friendly and approachable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process, the services included with the inspection and what each thing meant. We had his full report the same day he did the inspection and included photos for everything documented. Randy even offered to give us tips about restaurants and activities in our new neighborhood as we are new to the area. In short, he surpassed our high expectations and we would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection here.
