When the home inspector that we originally booked to complete the pre-drywall inspection of our new home fell through we contacted Jay and set up an inspection with him on short notice. He was so nice on the phone and really put us at ease. He arrived about 45 minutes early for the appointment and wasted no time inspecting the home from start to finish, even speaking with our production manager. He noted a few areas of concern and provided them in a detailed report. Most notably though, he took the time to talk to us and walk us through the home and really explain everything to us (and answer all of our questions). He was very knowledgeable. He pointed out several items he felt were best practices (that far exceeded code requirements) for our builder and our home. He was very impressed with the home and made us feel good about our decision. We would absolutely highly recommend Jay.
