DLS Construction

DLS Construction provided us with the names of vendors they had worked with for the cabinets, the flooring and for the granite in the bathroom. We had existing granite in our kitchen already and had that removed by the folks that originally installed it. The new cabinets installed by DLS had to be set to the exact height as the old once as once the granite was reinstalled, it all had to meet up with the existing backsplash! Each vendor was costed and paid separately.
DLS installed all the kitchen cabinets with attention to detail - our drawers had a different profile than the old cabinets had and they were careful to insure that the drawers pulled out and did not hit the window sills or the door frame. They also installed a new microwave for us but the fridge, dishwasher, stove and sink were installed by the company we purchased them through. DLS also reinstalled our under-cabinet lights and insured that all of them worked.
We had a pretty tight schedule to work with and DLS made sure to work within the parameters that we had and they arranged their time around the time of the other vendors. We were lucky that all worked out and it all came out wonderfully.
We have used DLS Construction for other things in our home - building and installing new railings on our stairways, installing a floor-to- ceiling, wall-to-wall bookcase in the family room, building a cabinet with drawers and storage and countertop space in our home office (also in the family room), and they removed and replaced the tile in our master bath and built a new sink cabinet and storage cabinet. It's a fairly small area and they came up with some ideas about the design of the sink cabinet that looks nice and makes good use of the space.
For any future renovations, we plan to use DLS Construction.

I contacted Dave from DLS Construction about an estimate for remodeling our guest bathroom. He was very prompt with his response and came out to make an estimate, which he did not charge for. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us a good plan and quote. As this is our guest bathroom, which is not often used, we wanted to keep costs low - he never took offence in that and tried to keep cost low for us. He and his crew started a few weeks later. Everyone was very friendly and hard working. During constructions plans had to be changed, which never extended the deadline. We felt well advised by Dave and his team and work progressed very quickly. The lamp we had bought did not fit and one of his team members just came out an extra day to set up the new one before inspection, although it was not their fault at all. They were done before the deadline, which was a first experience for us with contractors ;-)
I would recommend DLS Construction to everyone - our guest bathroom is now the nicest in the house. And we could not be happier with their work!

I have used him for construction work on several occasions and the company does very good work. If I wanted an addition or even a new home to be built DLS would be my first call. Outstanding work and very reasonable prices. You will not go wrong with this guy.
