 + -1 moreRecently joined this gym, as its name says it's open 24 hours/day (though not staffed at all times -- you're given an electronic key to use for entrance and there are emergency buttons and emergency necklaces available to wear if no one is around). Gym is very low-key, friendly, and well-run -- not a "muscle shop" or a "meat market." Cardio equipment is great, with TV screens and audio input available on each machine. Do wish they had more group classes, however.
Description of Work: Fitness center open 24 hours; cardio and strength training equipment, limited classes, including Zumba and boxing.
