Roger Becker gave us an estimate for the work. I then changed my mind and added the demo of the drywall as well as replacing the entire room. Roger gave me a very fair estimate but started on the job and found that the drop ceiling had to be removed also. He amazed me by replacing the same ceiling layout and reused the materials he could. I discovered after the demo that the door would need to be replaced and asked Roger if he could include that also. He was very quick to add that to his job. Overall, he took two days to do the work and an hour on the third day to finish the sanding. He is very reliable, truthful and does an excellent job too. The room looks so good and we only use it for storage. Roger takes pride in his work and it shows.
