They sent me a new machine after I had trouble with the first one. I am now on my third one and it does not work well either. It does the same thing the first one did. I think that the first one I got was refurbished and they may all be refurbished. They will make good on this at all. They will not refund and I spent a lot of money on this.
Description of Work: They installed an air purifier.
