Representative was very helpful. Door of good quality. Delivery and installation was prompt and well done, except for very minor problem with stripping of a few screw heads when installing door. The odd thing was the owner's unwillingness to have a written description of the work and its schedule as part of the contract.However, he did agree to not being paid until installation was complete.
