It was a positive experience. I'd already committed to purchase an almost new home and we all found out during a home inspection that this had not already been done (which should be done in this area on homes with a crawl space. Tim was there within the next 2 days to assess and give us an estimate and he rescheduled other work to accommodate me moving into the home. They were professional, helpful and answered all my questions. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. They finished the work on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
