unbelievably bad/I returned to pick up purse on 8/4and was told it wasn;t ready/ret on8/9- clerk brought out purse, told me they had fixed zipper which was not the problem/seam had not been sewn/ret. on8/17 and my purse had been stitched through the leather and lining with several rows of crooked stitching and was told that was the best they could do/ when I took the purse in the owner explained how he would take the lining loose and repair the seam and restitch it so it would not be visable on the outside/ also there was some type of glue on the inside of the purse and the lining was stuck together/ the clerk said I could take the purse as is or come back to talk with the owner/ toshorten the story, I returned to the shop 4or 5 times during August and Sept, once with police/ never saw the owner/never saw my purse again/ clerk would not provide owner's name or phone #/ finally threatened to take them to court before they agreed to reimburse me on 9/13/10.Very evasive, rude and intentionally unhelpful throughout/workmanship would need 3 proomotions to get to shoddy/ no pride in their work/ no customer satisfaction/ dubious policy of up front payment leaves customer with no recourse when things go wrong which based on my experience is probably often/ my recommendation- don't take a chance on these guys/ the reimbursemment I recieved in no way made up for the way I was talked to and treated by these people.
