They came out twice for that, because the first time they verified that it was not the heating element, and then they had to order the part, and then fix it. They were very accommodating. I had trouble getting off work, and they came after work.

Whirlpool technician diagnosed bad heating element, so I had parts when Reed Booher arrived. Sadly, the problem was NOT a heating element but the electronic board which had to be special ordered. They returned after the board arrived and installed. They were very accommodating, willing to come after I got off work, and I found them easy to work with. I've used them several times and have recommended them to others.

Really well. They had come out to give us an estimated yesterday and we thought highly of them. They arranged to come this morning and did a thorough and professional job and took time to explain the working of the lighting and how to redirect the lights if we choose. I was impressed with their knowledge and skill.

I have used them a couple of times. They are very reasonable and professional. They were very prompt. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They show up and seem to know what they are doing. They get the job done and things are fixed. They are very knowledgeable about what they do.

He even gave me a reduction in the normal service charge although they did check the system. They did a thorough job. I am very satisfied with them and have recommended them to others.
