Food City Floral Department

My mother wanted roses and calla lillies at her funeral. The expense was prepaid at a local funeral home. I contacted Food City who worked with me and the funeral home to make the most gorgeous flower arrangement I have ever seen. The manager of the floral department, Lora Huff, worked with the funeral home to get the expenses paid since Food City didn't have a way to bill the funeral home. She special ordered the calla lillies. She listened carefully to what I wanted, adding helpful suggestions to the arrangement. Her staff, Millie and Carrie, were also very helpful during this time to answer my questions and make notes of specific details. The arrangement was ready when promised. Millie advised me as to how to care for the flowers after the service. Carrie helped me select additional flowers that were needed. These people provided excellent customer service. They went beyond what is expected to provide the personal touch. I will ALWAYS use Food City for all my floral needs in the future. I was not aware that they also deliver! I want to get the word out to everyone that Food City's floral department can handle everyone's specific needs. Thank you.
