He began work promptly, asked for no money until the work was 100%
complete, did some custom work we asked for on the deck without
modifying his original estimate and even climbed onto the roof to
straighten a chimney guard that had blown partially off during a storm.
His final price was the same as his original estimate and I am VERY pleased with the work!
