"Thank You for the review. I understand the B on professionalism. Our main truck, which is very professional looking with a vinyl wrap and signage, was in for repairs and taking longer than expected. Instead of calling and rescheduling, we have a back up truck. It is a new cleaning unit but the van is an older van that has not yet been painted and wrapped with our signage. Since first impressions are lasting impressions I didn't want to use this van yet but I felt it was better to use it rather than calling to rescheduling."
"Thank You for the review. We do every job as if our business depends on it, which it does. We want to be your floor cleaners for life so making you happy with our work is a top priority. We want to exceed your expectations in everything we do."
"Yes! Always free spotter. When you run out, just call and we will bring more. Always FREE!"

"I'm not sure how to respond to this review. I don't have a record of working for Mr. [Member name removed] or at that address. It is interesting that he gave us an "A" grade but also answered no on the work performed question. I hope the Angie's List employee reviewing this response will contact Mr. [Member name removed] to see if maybe he left a review for the wrong company."
"Thank You so much for the review and for trusting us to work in your home. Our goal is to be your floor cleaner for life. Don't forget about your life time supply of free spotter. Just call us when you run out and we will happily bring you more. Always Free."

"Thank you so much for the review. We take pride in our work and we make sure to take all the time necessary to insure a top quality job."
"Thank You for the review. Satisfied clients is our top priority. We use only the best detergents and top quality equipment. The reason I could remove the stains for this client is because I have taken the time to be trained and certified in my profession. Removing the stain was actually very simple but only one particular stain remover would work. My training taught me what to use and how to use it."
"Thank You for the review. It is our goal to always go the extra mile and give our clients the best value for their money."
