He finished very quickly. I was not supervising him while he was working. I was shocked by how fast he finished everything. He finished so quickly with minimum material and activity. He was supposed to return a contract with him within a few business days. The list he gave me is not detailed enough for me to submit to my insurance as a claim. My insurance needs to know the brand, amount of product and quality for me to turn in. He did not provide me with information and pictures of the before and after that my insurance needs to be turned in. They are not going to except my claim if he does not follow with what he said he was going to give me. I still still do not have a written contract from him. He also cashed a $500.00 check for a job that he has not started. I have contacted him on these regards and has not returned any phone calls. Once he received my payments he has ignored all contact.

Response from First Class Home Improvements
My name is Christina Woods I am the owner of First Class I do not have an employee by the name of Nick Hurd. I also have not worked for this member . I think there is some sort of mix up I have searched my invoices and there is not anything for her or that amount. I Don't understand how my company is involved . My contracts are all sighned by me and all payments are made in First Class . I am sorry this has happened to this member but my company was not involved . If she can show me a contract or a payment that was made to me or my company I would make it right but I do not conduct business like this.
