Description of Work: Cristy's Floral have done beautiful sprays for both my sister's casket and my father's casket. She listened to us and used the colors we wanted for the season. Thank you for your kindness.

Description of Work: For my daughters 16th birthday, I wanted to surprise her with flowers delivered to her school, so I called Cristy's. I had picked out an arrangement that I had seen online and the sales person that was taking the order informed me that they didn't have the same vase, nor did they have the same color of a certain flower (which was a main flower in the arrangement) but assured me that they would pick something adequate to replace them with. Along with the flowers, I ordered one "Happy 16th Birthday" mylar balloon and asked her to add a bunch of latex balloons to really make it stick out (and embarrass my daughter). She took my payment and said she would take care of it. Later that day when I picked my daughter up from school, she had the flowers, which were very pretty, but, there were no balloons! I called to ask what had happened and the sales person who answered (not the same person) was scattered and flustered and unsure of what to say so she called Cristy on the other phone and informed me that "the arrangements are made up ahead of time and sometimes, they just forget the balloons. It happens." It happens?? The balloons were a HUGE part of the gift! After telling me I would be refunded for the balloons and trying to rush me off the phone, I had to slow her down to give her all of my information so I could be refunded. She hadn't even asked. But what can you do? It happens.
