My aunt and uncle from Cincinnati sent me an arrangement from Christys as a thank you gesture. My family is German; not known for excessively spending. The bouquet was beautiful. Really beautiful and lasted for more than a week. I will use Cristys when I want to send flowers. I cannot praise this florist enough.

My family had lost some family members. We had looked online for some ideas. They were not exactly what we wanted. Cristy asked what we liked, made suggests and they were just perfect.

Overall, I was very disappointed in the service provided by Cristy's, as well as the customer service. Although they were prompt in refunding me for their mistake, I would not recommend them to anyone that wants to surprise a special person on their special occassion.
