Lies and poor communiction skills: were they over their heads or are they bandits? Perhaps both, it's hard to say. I will say, that when the new roof continued to leak after they fixed it the second time their level of honesty deteriorated. I had to 'corner' the wife before the truth would be admitted. All in all, this experience was very disappointing.

"While I am sorry for the mis-understanding with the homeowner, I installed shingles at the homeowners request on a 2/12 pitch roof and that lead to nothing but problems. The homeowner had another company install the underlayman and it should have been ice shield instead of felt paper. That being said, I regret ever giving a bid and trying to do the impossible."
