Our realtor ended up calling Jim for us as we had been waiting over 3 weeks for another vendor to get to us to make the repair. Jim arrived early (on an Sunday, no less) and his diagnosis of the issue was consistent with what we had been told by the other vendor. He made the repair efficiently and the repair cost came in less than what we had been quoted by the no show vendor. Great experience overall, we will be using him to maintain our gas fireplaces (we have 4) going forward.

We were having a problem getting an acceptable flame from the upstairs unit. Mr Eubanks dsimantled it, cleaned and adjusted the box and re-arranged the logs, added embers and cleaned off the pilot. He did the same for the downstairs unit. All this was included in his initial charge.
What impressed us most was that twice we called him again about issues with the fireplaces, and both times he did the work for no additional charge. The second follow-up was quite extensive. We fully expected to pay him for the second follow-up but it was all done at no additional charge.
