JOHNNY CUBBAGE'S COMPLETE TREE CARE

The first tree was done well. The second was a complete mess. They cut off all three limbs that were identified NOT to be cut. When I complained, I was told how they were the experts and this was best for the tree. That's fine if I was told that up front. I would have not agreed to the work and got a second opinion. Johnny's attitude during the estimate was very cordial and he kept saying how he would do me right. After I complained, he became gruff and almost hostile. You could tell his crew was afraid when I was complaining. They never did finish the thinning of the many small branches, telling me how it was best to leave them, even though we agreed previously they were to be trimmed. I regret paying them any money. This is a small time operation that roams neighborhoods looking for work. I would avoid them.
