Called to have our range repaired. Scheduling the service was easy, had to answer a few questions to make sure i was not stupid, like "is the range pluged in"..Was told that they would call that day of service before they came out, no real time was provided besides it would be in the morning. The day of the service, I took off work to be there, i missed a call\VM at 9:50am and another call\VM at 10:10am, i was on a call for work (since I was out for this) and returned their call 20mins later. Approx. at 10:30am. The lady i spoke with had a real attitude and treated me with very poor custom service. She explained that they would not be coming out since I could not answer my phone. Her VM?s were covered with the same poor attitude. I told her not to worry about it and I would find a different company to perform my repairs that could treat their customers with respect. NO service was ever performed but if their service techs are anything like the lady taking and returning calls, stay clear.
