 + -1 moreWe selected Brian Wood at the recommendation of our realtor, based upon his strong experience and knowledge of lakefront homes. He arrived promptly on schedule and conducted an extensive evaluation of the house inside and out, walking us through the entire process while providing insight on the operation, maintenance of various systems and provided justification for all his recommendations. He was fully prepared with all the equipment necessary. Afterwards, he provided us with a complete, formal report including photographs. We agreed with and submitted all his recommendations to the seller. The sellers agreed with the recommendations and corrected all of them. We highly recommend Brian Wood.
