The individual doing the cleaning arrived right on time. He analyzed what we needed and told us how much it would cost (which was a reasonable cost). He started to work right away.
He completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. The bad stains were removed completely.
He moved the few pieces of furniture around to clean under them.
I paid him with a check when he completed.
Overall the services was very satisfactory and professional.
