We offer property preservation services for HUD, Banks, Mortgage Companies, Contractors, Real Estate Companies. We also offer 24 hour EMERGENCY Service. We employee the retired Building & Safety Code Inspector from the city of Los Angeles, CA. He worked for the city of Los Angeles for 35 years. Inspector Felix trains all our external staff and they must pass tests to ensure they are knowledgable in property preservation. Inspector Felix trains each employee on violations and what to look for when cleaning out a home. This helps ensure blatant safety code violations are recognized and reported to the appropriate company. We are coming soon to Las Vegas, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia. We carry a $1,000,000 General Liability Policy, and a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions Policy.
