King General Contractors, Inc.

King General Contractors provided us with a timely, comprehensive, & reasonable bid to replace our roof, fascia board, and gutters. We received 3 other bids, and we went with King General Contractors as it was reasonable and included all the work needed to be done in one comprehensive bid. Actual work was done by subcontractors provided by King and pricing was based on jobs performed by subcontractors; not on an hourly basis. Although weather delayed services, the subcontractors hired always showed up when promised and in a timely manner. Work was performed efficiently and quickly. King even assisted us by meeting and talking to the insurance adjuster regarding hail damage to the roof and helped us recover some monies from the insurance company to get the roof repaired---which we really appreciated. The subcontractors made sure to consult with us and King as to placement of gutters and any other issues that came up with the work. The final cost of the job was exactly what was given to us on the bid. We were very pleased with the results and would use King General Contractors again as well as recommend them to others.
