 + 3 moreWorking with Jerry and his team was great. We bought a home that was built in 1970 and still had much of the original style and fixtures. Jerry was recommended by our realtor and we are very thankful for that recommendation. The work was stellar, especially the finishes such as moldings, panting, tile work, etc. Jerry also followed all the rules with inspections - important to owners of an older home. Jerry also has a great eye for design and made additional recommendations to our remodeling plans. I highly recommend Jerry and team for remodeling projects.
Description of Work: Complete demolition and remodeling of a master bath, master bedroom, family room and den.

 + -1 moreFabulous work product and very easy to work with on changes and my particular needs. I have had Jerry do several other construction projects for me over the last few years and he has always left me with quality work and has always been able to accept any challenges that I have thrown at him. He is very fair in negotiations and does not cut corners. His work quality is as good or better than others that I have hired over the years.
Description of Work: Jerry Foley worked with me and re-designed some "standard" plans to meet the needs I had at the time to build a f car "Carriage House" with complete finish for the lower level, including individual bays a 12 by 40 office, small kitchen and bathroom on the lower level. The upper level was divided into 4 offices, a full bathroom, and a 30 by 30 training room, all finished, carpeted, wired for 20 computer and phone hook-ups.
