Just to note that they've gone off the radar - voice mail answers but box is full - won't take messages. Offices dark. No trucks visible. I really liked these guys - what happened?

I am very unhappy with the service he gave me. It was during a hot spell and he didn't get the repair done for over 4 weeks due to having the wrong parts. I know the owner and the owner didn't even have the courtesy to call me and discuss the problem. I would not recommend him.

; stayed on the project from start to finish. made sure everything worked and satisfied warranty issues at least twice in first two years of operation. They honored their initial bid, which was lower than two competitors. subcontractor ( Somerset) for well drilling also performed well, and was managed well by Shea. All during my interactions, they had a very responsive office, that would be sure my questions and problems were dealt with expeditiously. I was never left hanging.
