We were preparing our house for sale and it needed some caulking and touch-ups where the paint had been scuffed or scratched.  Shanna Huitz, Brighter Days Painting, was recommended to us as someone who, while careful and methodical, worked fast and charged reasonable rates.  Shanna and her associate, Arnold, were a delight to have around.  They are a highly professional team: they were always on time, they worked carefully and efficiently, and when we discovered additional small areas that needed attention, it was no trouble for them to take the extra time.  When they had finished for the day, they left the work area tidy and clean.  Shanna's estimates were very reasonable and competitive for the work that needed to be done and we were delighted with the results.  She accurately matched a paint that had been custom mixed several years earlier while the two national home improvement centers had been unable to do so. Impressive, and a great relief to us - the house was restored to its original color-scheme.  Shanna also provided us options for completing the project which allowed us to save money without compromising quality of work.  We highly recommend Shanna and Arnold to anyone who needs quality work at a competitive price.
