Amy was the buyers agent, and she is also a broker, that means well educated and experienced. She was super efficient, we saw 7 places in about 3 hours. The next day a new place showed up, we saw it the next day, made an offer, negotiated, and it was accepted over the weekend. Less than a week.

She did a fantastic job. Our house was one of the few that were sold at that time period because the economy was so bad, people were really nervous, but at the same time we went through and checked what what was really needed and really made a huge effort on our own part for it to show nicely. Amy was very no nonsense, very get-down-to-business, she told you maybe not what you wanted to hear but she did tell you like it was, she was very upfront about everything, and she did a fantastic job.
