 + -1 moreHe came immediately, offered to put a temporary fix on it and return the next day with all the requested parts for a permanent fix. Since a thaw (and therefore a leak) was not imminent, I opted to have him perform all services the next day when he would have all the parts. His fee was very reasonable for the cutting, soldering, copper pipe, and expensive frost free faucet he installed. He is professional and extremely proud of the great job he does. He is also educated and pleasant. As such, he cleans up after himself and is careful not to damage my property. He has been my go-to plumbing guy for over ten years, and he has never let me down. Simply The Best.
Description of Work: Hose left attached to exterior faucet during hard freeze. Fearful that it would burst in a few days when the temps warmed, I called Rick.
