David Johnson of New River Renovations used industrial-grade metal roof material on our house. His crew removed old shingles and replaced damaged sheathing. The house has a slight irregular shape, and the crew had to carefully measure and cut the roofing material to make it conform to the exact dimensions of the house. There was no extra roofing material to cover for mistakes, but no mistakes were made. The work was performed with patience and courteousness in a cold January. Over a year later now, the roof is holding up well with no leaks.

Quality of work on deck was good.  Workmen were nice to have around.
Quality of stucco job in basement was good.  Mason was skilled.  Made a bit of a mess with splattered stucco.  My belongings should have been covered up.
Overall good value for money.

I have a very (extremely) height limited crawl space that had standing water after a very wet spring. They pumped out the water and installed a sump pump. The pump ended up on the outside of the house because there were too many drainage pipes and obstructions directly under the house. David spoke with both my electrician and an engineer who had previously evaluated drainage under my house to best solve issues that arose during the pump installation. He was a pleasure to work with and I still feel like I got a very good price. The pump has only been in for a day now. Here's to hoping it does it's job and my house stays dry!

David and his team were great to work with, considerate and did their work well.
He recommended we follow up with our structural engineer to have him check out the work and confirm it was done properly to his satisfaction. We did so, and the work passed.

David's crew do first class work. The guys who installed my floor were very efficient and they seemed to take pride in their work. They sometimes arrive to work later than they said they would but they were never more than 30 minutes late. They also stay later (as late as I would let them) to finish their work so they more than make up for being late. There are very few contractors I would trust my house to but David and his crew was very trustworthy. They also do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
I had David and his crew do foundation and drain work on my house before the floor installation and his crew has consistently been polite. David responds quickly and is very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely hire him again for any major work in the house.

David first helped us with repair negotiations when we purchased our home, and we later contacted him for repairs needed on our gutters and downspouts. He was very flexible to meet with us when we had time, and tested the integrity of each gutter and downspout that drained through irrigation in our yard. He presented each issue to us one by one, and also prioritized which he thought would be the most helpful while staying within a smaller budget.

A downspout dumped water right onto the foundation of my house. David was recommended by the structural engineer who did my inspection and analysis. He came out and gave me an acceptable estimate, so I accepted it and we agreed to schedule it. He was very easy to work with, in terms of scheduling. I asked him to do the work as soon as possible and also to coordinate with a foundation repair company so their work happened in the right sequence and within 3 days of each other. David at New River went out of his way to accommodate my request.

He and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in the stated time frame. David provided proof of insurance as I requested. They did good work and dug by hand to save plants in the bedding! I was very pleased with the work.
