Nancy was amazing. Since she's a home builder as well as a Realtor, she was able to help us quickly find good professionals to spruce up our house for sale. Once it went on the market, she did everything she could think of--and everything we asked her to do--to help promote it. For instance, she contacted other agents with homes for sale in our neighborhood, and got them to agree to host a "moving feast" for fellow agents at all of the houses. (Agents ate salad at one house, dessert at another, and so on.) This helped persuade agents to see our house in person (as well as other homes for sale), which in turn encouraged them to show it to potential buyers. Another great thing Nancy did was to follow up with every single agent who showed our house to a client, in order to find out what the client did or did not like about the house. We're convinced that this persistence--combined with Nancy's matchless Southern charm--helped us find a buyer in a down market.
