a long Horrible!
I wish, I could say I could recommend this old local family garage.
But, I could not refer anyone I liked to go there.
I had to rent a car for over two months while they worked on the car.
I went back several times to pay, take out loans, and check on the progress.
The owner did make some accommodations to auto rental fees. During one
test drive, I noticed the new tires were not even balanced! They insisted they
had balanced the four tires. But I pointed out there wasn't a single weight on
any tire!
Finally, after two months
I went to pick up the car, I insisted that they test drive it before I made a final
payment. An hour later, they told me the engine had blown and was toast.
They had to get a tow truck for it.
The owner did replace the motor, which was good and appreciated.
The temporary mechanics did not put a seal in properly when working on the
transmission.
The list of things fixed, or broken, is it too long - and painful, to relate.
I have difficulty inserting the oil dip stick after all the work done and redone.
I trusted them to be competent and they are not.
The gas mileage is down and I'm told will not improve until thousands
of miles are driven. I have been very reluctant to take the car on
any long trip since they worked on it.
The owner means well, but he didn't do the work.

Jake and the staff at Mand M offer a professional product in a friendly atmosphere. He charges the minimum amount he can and delivers quality. Will go back.

They put in the car steering fluid for free. I use them all the time and they are good. It is a hometown shop so they know me and it is a personable service. The quality of work is very good. I have had several cars into them, one domestic and two imported cars worked there.

The windshield wipers on my p/u stopped working, so I consulted Angie's List to find a quality auto mechanic in this area. Mand M Tire and Auto Service had received good reviews from other customers, so I contacted them with a description of the truck's symptoms, which caused them to suspect that the pulse board was the problem. When I brought the truck to the shop, they confirmed that the pulse board was shot, and installed a new one. In addition, they drove me to my workplace while I waited for the repairs to be completed, and drove me back when they were finished. They were very friendly, quick, and efficient. Their prices were reasonable. I was very pleased with the quality of their service, and plan to use their services in the future.

There were several things wrong with my car. Other shops around the area had told me the warning light had been coming on just cause it's gone bad but I didn't believe that. My father knows cars and he figured out what was wrong only he's not in health nor has the tools to do the work himself. I took it to Mand M finally and didn't tell them what I thought I knew. I had them call him, and they told him exactly what was wrong and all what dad had assumed. It's good when you know something about cars with shops. I don't quite understand what everything was, but the parts and labor was fair and cheaper than dad expected. In fact, instead of replacing my muffler strap that broke they welded it to the muffler and saved me a ton of money. My car has never run better. I've not had that check engine light come on once since then. I would totally recommend this place. They'll be doing everything for me from now on.

Fabulous. I have done all of my oil changes and car repairs there since about 2-3 years ago. It took me 3 times before they charged me. The first time my hood was jiggling and they adjusted a screw - no charge. The second time i had a plate disengage from under my car and they reattached it - no charge. Twice I had problems with my tires and the fixed them for under $25 - once a plug and another time the tire stem needed to be replaced. They are friendly and helpful and treat everyone with respect - women (I am one), elderly, young adults (my son). I promote them whenever I can.
