It went off without any hitches. Exactly what you want.

Very punctual and called shortly before arrival.  Had to order a part and came back as soon as the part arrived.

Very well.

He arrived promptly, had the part with him, and was finished within an hour. It was a little expensive, but very little hassle.

It turned out the problems were unrelated. The technician couldn't find any obvious place where the icemaker was leaking (though he was able to verify that a leak was happening). He wound up using some silicone to create a seal, and it's been working fine for 2 months now. The other problem was caused by the frost-free defrost drain being frozen. The technician spent a long time defrosting all the ice that had built up inside the back of the refrigerator. Apparently there was also a service bulletin for this model, something about the heat exchanger being hooked up properly. He made that adjustment and also installed a homemade heat conductor to keep the drain clear. Unfortunately, that hasn't completely solved the problem, after 2 months I've got the sheet of ice at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment problem again. It just happened, so I don't know whether it will be happening at 2 month intervals, or weekly again. Overall, I was satisfied with the initial service (though of course I wish the problem hadn't recurred). I haven't called back yet, I only discovered the problem just now as I was writing this review.

Great! They managed to squeeze me in on a Friday despite a tight schedule and the repairman diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes with parts that he already had in the truck. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I will definitely call them again if I need similar repairs.

He was on-time, very knowledgeable and honest about cost of repair vs. buying a new machine.

Tech showed up on time and  took one look at the ice maker knew what was wrong and had it fixed in 15 minutes,.

Dan was as knowledgeable as professional as could be.  It took him no time at all to diagnose and fix the problems.  I could not recommend him more highly.

Providers scheduler was in hospital so I can't comment on all questions. He was prompt arriving shortly after he called to see if I was home. Pleasant, not slow, and seemed very professional.

The worked seems to be of high quality. Everything he fixed has stayed fixed. He was careful and efficient.
My one quibble is that they were not able to schedule an appointment time in advance. Basically, they give you a window of days, and then they call you that day and ask if you are available in 15 minutes. If you work, this is not convenient. The repairs took two visits, so I had to drop everything at work twice and head home to meet him.

Could not be happier with the outcome!! We had been dealing with a very annoying dishwasher situation for quite a few months that escalated to a point where we could not use our dishwasher. Its a higher end LG model, installed in 2009. Anyway, they were able to come out, evaluate the issues, get parts and fix everything all while being very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Only thing to note is that when he says he'll be there between 2 and 3, its usually closer to 3. No biggie at all in my book. Would definitely call them again with another appliance issue.

Tech arrived on time, I explained the trouble and what I thought it was. I showed him to the appartment and into the kitchen, he turned the oven on, removed the knob and put it back on, opened the oven door and looked at me and said and quot;it is the thermostat. He never took out any equipment, didn't check to se if it was getting the proper current, nothing. He told me an after market theromstat would run me $95, labor would cost me $53 dollars and he was charging me $80 for coming to the house and checking it.
I was very angry, I asked him if the $80 would go toward the repair if we chose to repair it, he said nope that is how I make my money, we don't do free estimates.
I have owned this property for 19 years and have had probably 100's of contractors of different types and never has anyone charged me a fee for checking on a problem/project and giving me a estimate for the job.
As it turns out the cost of a basic replacement range was $329, delivery was $35. So his cost of just repairing the range was $230, so we bought a replacement and when they delivered it they found that the receptical was not working and the range that he checked out had nothing wrong with it.
I think this company is a scammer, he charged me $80 for doing nothing! If he had troubleshooted the range he would have found that the receptical was damaged and the range was not getting the proper amount of power and that is why it was not working correctly.
I would never call them again and strongly suggest no one else give them any business.

We called in the morning figuring that it would be at least a few days before someone would be able to come out to look at our washer. Well, they actually had time that afternoon! Said he'd call between 2-4 pm. Called at 1:30pm and was able to come by right away. Diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Very professional, courteous and prompt! Great service. Would definitely call them again.

The service man came when he said he would, drained the washing
machine, agreed with that we needed a new drain pump (this took about
30-45 minutes). He told us the new drain pump would arrive in 4-5 days,
but actually called us the next afternoon when it arrived. We were not
home but told him to go ahead and do the repairs. When we arrived home
shortly thereafter, we found our washing machine had been fixed, was
working great and you'd never known he was even there. I won't say that
he was cheap, but the work was professional, prompt and I would
recommend and use again.

It's a small business with just a man and his wife run the business out of their home. They are very, very good. The work done has always been very reliable. There is no peckering about it. I call him up; he comes and fixes my appliances. It was a good job and he charged us a fair price. If there is something that he doesn't think he can do he will tell me. I will use him until he retires, he is about to retire I am afraid.

Fixed fine, but this service call did what Ray's (where we bought the washer) could never do, even after several visits. Level the washing to reduce all of the vibration and moving during the cycle.

He is honest, confident, and punctual. I would use him in the future.

We have been here for 25 years and we have used them a lot. They are very prompt and very professional. I think that their prices are very reasonable because they are just a private business, and the work they do is excellent. They will order a part if they need it and come back the next day to do the work. I think they are less expensive than other such services because my husband always tells me to call them, which I would do anyway because I like them.

These are people that we know and they are prompt. I haven't priced anyone else but I think they are competitive with anyone else. I have an old dryer and I am just trying to hang onto it. This company is good and the owner is here when I need him. I will use him again in the future.
