Crown Carpet Cleaning

Very professional. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. The method of cleaning is not a deep cleaning, but he did a great job surface cleaning the carpets and freshening them up. Would definitely recommend for lightly soiled carpets or if you want the carpets to be dry quickly, since we could walk on them right away and they would be completely dry in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. If we had deeply soiled carpets, we probably would opt for carpet cleaners that use a different method, but for what we needed it was perfect.

Ed is great! He did an excellent job cleaning our house. We let him in and then went to work; he cleaned all the carpets and ensured the cats didn't escape! He is a very friendly person and very knowledgeable about carpets and stains. He can identify the type of stain by sight and by smell!!

We contacted Ed about cleaning our carpets as the last step prior to putting our house on the market. At our meeting for an estimate he was prompt, professional, well dressed/groomed, and very personable. Ed took the time to answer all questions/concerns I had and in no way rushed our meeting. I was pleased with Ed's estimate as well as his level of professionalism so we decided to move forward with him instead of the other 3 companies we received estimates from. Thankfully, he was able to work us in quickly as we needed a bit of a rush job.
The finished product was far beyond what I anticipated as we just wanted the carpets to look clean for showings. However, Ed was able to complete the work in one day and the carpets looked brand new. We were thrilled!!
But it gets better....
We have 2 cats and a week after Ed cleaned everything one of the cats began peeing in the carpet, (which they had never done before). It turns out the cat had a bladder infection. I called Ed in a panic and he worked me back in to take care of the spots that had been soiled. I only knew of 2 spots in which I pointed out to him. However, he took the extra time to thoroughly scan the entire house with his professional equipment and found several other areas that I was not aware of. He also completed this in one day. Although I've always heard it's almost impossible to get rid of the smell from cat soil, Ed did it! There was absolutely no evidence whatsoever after he was done. Only a fresh citrus scent and beautiful carpets.

Using a black light, Crown showed us all of the spots where the carpets had been soiled by the dogs. They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning and explaining the benefits of their unique approach to surface cleaning.  They were courteous and timely.  The carpet was clean and dry in about an hour and we were pleased with the results.  They took time to answer our questions and did a thorough job.

This is the second time that we have used Ed and Crown to clean the carpets in our home. He is prompt, and dressed very nicely. The level of service was even better than I remembered. They vacuum before they start cleaning, and were careful with the furniture that they moved. The carpet is 20 years old, but it really cleaned up very well. It dried very quickly and left a slight citrus small in the house. We also had a very old oriental rug that he took with him. It was very dingy and smelly. He returned it in less than a week, and it was simply beautiful! The colors had returned, and I am so happy we had it done.

My carpet is old and filthy, so my expectations were modest. However, Ed was punctual, courteous and kind. He did an amazing job on my carpet and I am so pleased with the results.
