I felt that my agent was not representing my best interest and was not responsive whatsoever once I signed the contract. I really had a bad experience with Coldwell Banker and based upon my personal experience, I would not use the Blacksburg Office again. I really felt that the agent did not conduct themselves ethically or professionally, again only my experience. I dealt with a guy named Ayers and Elliott. I would not ever under any circumstances use the services of these two individuals, nor would I leave them in a home alone.

Sold house in 4 days, not really because of the realtor, but did sell quickly. Our agent was Allison Whittacker and I would use her again.
