Torn to provide a review for the whole company, but we were referred an agent in the Remax8 group at this location and were let down in our experience.
The agent was kind and I think meant well, but had difficulty with communication. We ended up buying a home but had to do a lot of the work ourselves--the seller of the home often contacted me and reported her frustration with my agent. It seemed the agent was more interested in making her sale than being an advocate for us.
In the final walk through of the home, I expressed displeasure with the cleaning of the home and staining, but the agent tried to tell me this wasn't a big deal.
When we were looking at homes and considering offer tactics, she was of no help. Thinking her years of experience would be of great benefit to us, we would consult her, to which she would reply, "that is up to you."
I'm sure there are more capable realtors in the group, but this was our disappointing but honest experience.
