R and S Fencing

I contacted several roofing contractors in the area. R and S Fence Company (Robert Cress) was the only company to contact me back in a timely manner. He came out and checked the roof (which was shingles). He also went up in the attic and showed me where the roof had been leaking around the chimney, on the carport side. We discussed different options, and I ultimately went with a black metal roof. His crew came out 2 days later, and had the roof on in 2 days. They did a very professional job, picking up all the debris, etc. It rained hard a few days later, and the water came off that metal roof so quickly, it kind of "overshot" the gutters. I called Mr. Cress, and he ordered "guard" pieces to put on the edge of the roof to direct the water into the gutters. His crew came out the next week and put them on in one day, and even cleaned out my gutters at no extra charge! We had 3 days of rain this week - sometimes very hard rain - and the roof and guards and gutters worked fine. The only thing I could find slightly wrong, was that I did find 4 large roofing screws in the yard after the guards were put on. Other than that, they did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them.
