Roofing
Dean was very honest and forthcoming about his schedule and the time the work was to be done. He works with a small crew and has to balance time between jobs. Dean gave updates every step of the way and was able to work late some days as well. Probably the most honest contractor you could possibly ask for. He also brought me a receipt for all purchases made so I paid his cost on all materials.
The cricket was extra and he took pictures and explained the problem before he installed it. He probably saved me from having a seriously damaged roof in the next 5 years.
