Painting Virginia

We have used Carlos and his company for the past 5 years and he has painted (and re-painted) the majority of our home.  We have also recommended him to anybody who will listen because of his outstanding work.  The things that set him apart from other painters are his cleanliness, his actual painting ability (clean lines, etc.),  and his attention to detail.  

As an example, Carlos always removes his shoes before walking into our home for an estimate, even though we have never asked him to (and often even tell him he doesn't need to).  It may seem like a small thing, but I've had plenty of contractors drag all sorts of stuff through my house that I have to clean up later. 

He also takes his time during prep work to make sure everything is caulked, sanded, etc. correctly before he begins painting.  I have had very bad experiences with other painters in this area before we started working with Carlos.  If you have had things painted before, it's very easy to tell the difference between a good painter and a bad painter.  He is top notch.  If you are considering working with him, I would highly recommend him.

I have used Carlos Santos's firm for several painting projects and have been consistently pleased. Because, I live in an 85 year old stone home with plaster walls and frequent settlement cracks, I need a professional who can repair plaster and smooth uneven surfaces. Carlos is not the least expensive but his rates are very fair for the quality and he does not ask for payment until I am satisfied.  His crew is on time, efficient, courteous and they leave nothing behind but fresh beautiful paint.  I will definitely continue to call Carlos for painting projects.

The quality of Carlos' work is exceptional. I plan on using his services for all my future painting projects.
