Mike gave an estimate of money, time, & level of disruption. We had to live here during the construction. It was a spot on project. We had two full bathrooms in our 40 year old house. Being on site, we saw everything, learned a lot, "sidewalk superintended", and made decisions on the fly. Mike handled the project and the the customers (my wife & myself) very well. We love (and continue to love) the finished product. He gave alternatives at critical points. Allowing for good adjustments without jeopardizing time or cost estimates. We have continued to hire Mike for other projects.

Considering the complications of the job and the family displacement factor,I could not be happier.

I met with quite a few contractors before I found M & M Home Improvements Inc. Most did not want to tackle the major issues in my house. Honestly, I could have not done it without Mike Lentile from M & M Home Improvements. I had applied for a construction loan and it took some time to get approved and Mike never lost patience keeping in touch long before the actual work started. Mike is not your average general contractor, he helped create a budget working along side the home inspector during each phase of construction, and was ready with every contractor needed to complete the renovation. He also provided moral support when half way through I was diagnosed with breast cancer and could not be there every moment. Not only is my house fabulous, we came in under budget! There is no job too small for M & M, I had him install a privacy fence in 2013. I am planning to call on M & M in the future when I add a screened in porch!

I HAD A FAMILY ROOM ADDED. THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY FAMILY IS REALLY ENJOYING THE NEW ROOM. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE EXTRA SPACE. WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING.
