We have used Griffith Energy Services for several years.  We contacted them over a week ago to schedule oil delivery.  Even with the snow, roads have been clear since Tuesday as well as our driveway which is off of a main road.  We did not get a delivery (ver a week now).  We have not had heat in our house since last Friday night.  We called Griffith again for delivery which was suppose to come this Wednesday and did not.  This is now Thursday of the following week and no delivery. We called again to see where our oil delivery is because no one has contacted us; they said they did not have enough oil to make our delivery even though they committed to us over a week ago.  We are incredibly disappointed in Griffith of Berryville.  They have not been responsive at all.   Anyone know of a responsive oil delivery company?

We encountered different issues along the way on their service. We've actually ended up letting them to put a new furnish. They're reasonably to deal with. They've got somebody who is near with us so we could easily get a service. Overall they provided a good service.
