The pump in my septic tank failed. Called Greens and they were able to come out within hours. Drained tank and then discussed options for replacing the pump. I opted to order the new pump myself, and Greens returned to install it the day after it arrived. Fixed all problems identified with original installation and also identified that the tank had other structural problems that would need repair in the future. They did not perform that type of work in my state but said they could recommend someone when the time came to move ahead with that work. Greens promptly responded to an emergency situation, I was very happy with the work, they explained everything they were doing, and were very courteous and professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

He was in the area and was able to come the same day. He pumped out our tank. He gave us information on the septic system and how often to get it pumped. He found a problem with the electrical hook up to our pump and was able to get it running again. They were very informative and professional. I would call them again. Very pleased with their service.

Green Septic is reliable and does a good job. He gave me advice on how to keep the tank clean. Although it's a messy job there was not one drop of waste in my yard. Very clean, very professional.

They were fabulous! They were very responsive, they came out the next day, prices were exceptionally good, and the guy that came out from the company was just great. He explained everything to us before he started working and he was very upfront about what it would cost. Everything worked out great.
